- There are lakes and just stunning views all around
If you are getting married in a winter at Orchardleigh House there are important thing you need to consider
- LIGHTING : Sunset in December , January and February at Orchardleigh House is from 4pm -5.30 pm . Best lighting for group shots and couple portraits are within 2 hours + sunset time. Make sure your ceremony is early enough to get the best lighting . Often you will have 2 hours right after ceremony and before wedding breakfast . So if your wedding is in December and sunset is at 4 pm . Best time for ceremony will be at 1 pm or 1.30 pm if you ceremony is 20 or 30 min
- CONFETTI : There is only one place you can do confetti at Orchardleigh House and it is outside of the house on the grass ( See images bellow) . In the winter grass is wet and your guests might not want to get feet wet so bear this in mind and have alternative plan & ideas for your confetti shot . You can check alternative Confetti ideas here
Super excited to share with you Laura's and Matthew wedding at Orchardleigh estate . It was December cosy wedding. We were so lucky with the weather and had ceremony outside of the house at The Belvedere .
