As a photographer I love light here , rooms are nice, large and bright , beautiful garden , orangery for ceremony and wedding breakfast so special . Also bar /restaurant has this botanical vibe which is so pretty . And if you get Dave to help you with the wedding he is amazing ! There is also wedding coordinators or managers to help you with the planning which is always helpful . What was the most memorable moment from your wedding day ?

The ceremony. The whole day was just perfect from start to finish. We both agree the most memorable moment was seeing each other for the first time during the ceremony. The ceremony for us was the most special moment where we will treasure that memory forever. 

What did you love about location you got married ?

The orangery. We both loved the beautiful natural lighting that filled the room throughout the day and the fairy lights that brought the sparkle to the evening. It was an extremely special place for us.

We was able to have the whole day at the venue from start to finish. The location was perfect and the grounds surrounding the mansion and orangery was just stunning! 

The estate itself was amazing! We had all of our guests stay on site in the main mansion the night before and the night of the wedding. It was a perfect location for both families and friends. We agreed we needed a place where our guests could stay onsite. 

Any tips, recommendations for newly engaged couples when organising wedding ?

Yes! 

Take your time and look around at all different options. It is a super exciting time for you both so take it all in. 

Explore other venues, flowers, themes, dress styles etc… 

You have an idea of your perfect wedding I’m sure, however you will be surprised how much you love different styles, colours -and venues. 

If your organised like me get yourself a wedding planner book. I enjoyed planning every moment of our wedding. This was super useful to action step by step measures when planning our perfect day. 

Delegate jobs to your groomsmen and bridal party! Include your special friends and family with helping you.

And have super fun! 

What would you do differently when organising your wedding ?

I wouldn’t change anything about our wedding. I would however be like have liked to attend a few wedding fairs. 

I think that would have been so much fun! 

What was the most hardest or challenging when organising your wedding ?

The guests lists. 

Take time to decide on if you want a big or small wedding. 

Dont please everyone else. It is yours and your fiancés special day. Your loved ones will understand and appreciate any invite if that be for the day or night.

What apps /tools you used to organise wedding ? Was it helpful?

My best friend who was part of my bridal party gifted me with the most amazing wedding planner book. 

I can honestly say this was a life saver as it guided me step by step of the way how and when to organise certain things. 

I also have kept the book for memories in a special wedding box!
